This Sign Was Born From a Customer's Request

Every so often at Atlas Signs and Plaques we are challenged to bring a truly wild idea to life. Our brand new Bunny Address Plaque is an example of us meeting that challenge.

On every page of our e-commerce site there is a link to another page that says, “We design your ideas”. This section allows you to submit, in words, your custom sign idea. We read those words and convert them into graphic art, which is used for the signs layout. We always do our best to meet your exact specifications. Sometimes that promise is challenging to keep. For instance, the Bunny Address Sign that you see atop this post was born from a custom request of only 7 words. “A rabbit in a field of grass.” Ok, go. Turning that idea into a sign takes a lot of vision and skill. Fortunately, our design team (of one) embraces a good challenge.

He is widely recognized as the father of modernism, a true visionary and the leading figure in all things architecture. Atlas Signs and Plaques is based in Wisconsin–Frank Lloyd Wright’s birthplace. As such we support a healthy number of signs and plaques created in the style of his architecture. Some animals are seriously misunderstood. Snakes, bats, and sharks are among the most commonly feared animals—but for what good reason? Roughly 10 people die from snake bites each year, 20 from sharks. In other words, you are more likely to be struck by lightning than die from an animal attack. Custom “No Guns Allowed” Sign

On November 1st Wisconsin will become the 49th state to adopt a concealed carry law for firearms. This law empowers licensed civilians to legally carry a concealed gun for the purpose of self-defense. Because of this law, building owners who do not want guns inside must have a visible “no guns allowed” sign in place.

If you are among these owners and do not want guns in your establishment then you have come to the right place. Unfortunately, we do not currently carry a “no guns allowed” template; but we can easily customize a plaque to your specifications. You can submit your custom request by following the link here. When filling out the query write “No Guns Allowed” in the details section along with a general schematic for how you want the sign to appear. After we receive your request our design team will create a custom sign and send you a proof (via email) for how the plaque will look.

Order now and receive your sign slightly after the law goes into effect (we guarantee shipment of all signs within 2 weeks of order date).

There are both positives and negatives of having a concealed carry law—both with equal footing. Regardless of personal opinion, the law is the law, and people who are able to carry their guns most likely will. Prevent firearms in your establishment by ordering a no guns allowed sign today.
